Privacy

Final Rig uses the information you provide to answer enquiries and record requests for character news and studio updates.

Contact forms

Your name, email address, subject, message and consent are submitted to FormSubmit, which forwards them to the studio’s inbox. Submissions are sent in the background without a CAPTCHA. Email correspondence is retained while relevant to your enquiry or support request.

Newsletter requests

Submitting the newsletter form sends your email address and consent to Final Rig, labelled as a newsletter signup. This website does not operate a subscriber database, send automated campaigns or verify ownership of a subscriber’s email address. Requests are managed by the studio. To stop future updates or request deletion, email contact@finalrig.com from the address you used to subscribe.

Service providers

FormSubmit processes form submissions and states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days. Our hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver the website and messages. Their services may process data outside your country. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its practices. We do not sell your email address.

Saved characters

Saved character choices stay in your browser’s local storage. Fab handles purchases and downloads under its own policies.
